Amethyst Well-Being Programme

We provide a free and totally confidential service which aides your staff in dealing with stress, anxiety and depression in their personal and working lives through guidance, emotional support and face-to-face counseling.

The program not only offers counseling to employed people for personal problems, but also offers a range of services to employers, including advice and information to managers working with difficult situations, access to training, presentations and awareness sessions and input to well-being events.

Fundraise

Looking for fundraising ideas?
Want to creat your own fundraising event? Follow the steps in our fundraising toolkit to help you get the most out of whatever you do, or find out about fundraising at school, university or work, or as part of a group or organisation. You could also ‘get active’ for Amethyst and fundraise with a running, biking or walking event, or even the infamous ‘Ice water bucket challenge!’ brrr!!
